As a client-centered therapist Karen supports and empowers people in their recovery. Her practice is devoted to helping teens and adults deal with the effects of trauma and abuse as well as relationship and communication issues, concerns around sexual orientation, and personal difficulties such as depression, anxiety, stress and illness.

Karen has a Masters in Education from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
